I'm always late to parties, though rarely fashionable

I'm not really sure what possessed me to start this. Years from now, I'll look back and say one of two things:

1) Man, look at this crazy journey I've been on, all the people I've met, all the lessons I've learned!
2) I have a blogger account? Really?

Knowing me, I'm banking on the latter.
